TICKETING FAQ’S

  • We use a third party booking site called Humanitix.

Humanitix is a not-for-profit organisation who use the booking fees charged on tickets to fund a range of children’s charities and education programs. For more information on Humanitix click here.

  • There is a 2.5% + AU$0.50 booking fee added to each ticket for our events booked through Humanitix. All profits from booking fees via Humanitix go to children’s charities.

  • Links for booking tickets will be available via our website once released. Important release dates are advertised via our website, socials and subscriber newsletter.

Festival Bookings for GOLD PASS tickets start mid-December, with Individual Ticket sales opening at the end of January.

For BCMF 2025, GOLD PASS tickets go on sale Saturday 14 December 2024. Individual tickets for individual concerts will open in January 2025.

  • A GOLD PASS grants the ticket holder priority access to A-Reserve seating to all 9 concerts of the Festival an ensuring you have the same seats, for each concert throughout the Festival

On the first day of the Festival, collect your special GOLD PASS and lanyard from the front desk, and be sure to bring it with you to the rest of the Festival concerts.

HOW TO GET HERE

  • Phillips Hall is located in Blackheath Gardens, next to the Blackheath Neighbourhood Community Centre, 41 Gardiners Crescent in Blackheath NSW.

  • The entry into Phillips Hall is located on the Blackheath Gardens side of the building. From Gardiners Crescent, we recommend walking up to the Great Western Highway, turning right at the corner, and a concrete path into the Gardens will be a short distance to your right. Follow the path to the 2nd ramp visible on your right, and you will see the entry into Phillips Hall.

  • Located just off the Great Western Highway, the hall does not have a carpark, but street parking is available in the back streets off the Great Western Highway. We recommend a flashlight for evening concerts, as the streets can be quite dark.

In 2024 the BMCC installed 2-hour Parking Meters in many of the streets of the central village. However, there are still many free parking places near the Hall.

  • Located on the corner of Gardiners Crescent and the Great Western HWY, our location is easy to reach by car.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The roads can get quite busy, especially on weekends with people visiting the Blue Mountains, so we suggest allowing extra travel time and aiming to get to Blackheath earlier than your concert time. Why not have a coffee, drink or some lunch at one of our local businesses before the concert? Click here to view our Local Guide.

If you are travelling by train, the Blackheath train Station is a short 3 minute walk from the station exit (Great Western HWY side).

Click here to view our location on Google Maps.

  • Yes, the entry into Phillips Hall is ramped and accessible by wheelchair.

If you have other questions relating to accessibility or other requirements please reach out to the Festival Director, Catherine, at festivaldirector.bcmf@gmail.com.

We acknowledge the traditional custodians of this mountain’s land—the Dharug and Gundungurra people,
who have danced their dances, sung their songs and told their stories here for generations—and we pay our respects to
the timeless culture of Elders past and present, with the wish that we all move forward as one.
